We have a ton of snacks left and leave tomorrow so we are planning to eat at world showcase and use them up. What is ur favorite snack on the dining plan in each country?
There is a new caramel shop in Germany that has a lot of great things They make the best caramel corn I've ever had. There are several things there you can use your snack credits on.
The pastries at the Kringla (Norway) and Patisserie (France) also count as snacks. I really liked the waffle at the Kringla and the Eclair at the Patisserie. The caramels also looked really good at Germany.
Mexico - Margarita...lol I know its not a snack on the DDP, but its one of my favs! ....or the churros
Norway - School Bread or Cloudberry horn
Germany - Anything at the new carmel shop!
China - egg rolls
Italy - Tiramisu
America - funnel cake
Japan - Kaki Gori
Morrocco - Baklava
France - anything from the bakery!! Well seriously, I love the Napoleons and the Eclairs. And I really like the Grey Goose slushies for an adult snack!
UK/Canada - ????
Future World - I love the Strawberry shortcake from Sunshine Seasons. Its a great use of a snack credit!
I would also like to suggest taking a quick walk or boat ride over to the Boardwalk Bakery for a great selection of goodies you can even take home with you!!!
As soon as I read the title of this thread I immediately thought of the new Caramel Kitchen in EPCOT!
DH and I were there last week and let's just say thank god we were staying at The Boardwalk! We just HAD to walk over to the Caramel Kitchen EVERY day!!
What amazing store! The smell alone will make your heart flutter with joy. I got the chocolate covered caramel and DH got a marshmallow/caramel thingy.
We even skipped our last night at the MK so we could visit the Caramel Kitchen one last time. (It is THAT good)
I'm happy to report that DH and I will be returning in January & that will be the 1st place we go to.
