EPCOT shows/movies with seats?

This is definitely a Disboards question. Which shows/movies in EPCOT have seats? I know that Canada and China only have rails for leaning on, and I am not about that... Does anyone have a list of spots where my family can sit down???

The American Adventure and Impressions de France have seating.

The show in France is shown on an abbreviated schedule - early in the a.m. for about an hour and in the evenings for about 1.5 hours. In the interim hours the Beauty and the Best Singalong is shown.

Also the Pixar short films, and Awesome Planet in the Land Pavillion.

There is also Awesome Planet in The Land pavillion, a short movie with seating for the show. I think Turtle Talk has a few benches for adults in the back, but kids grab some floor up front.

Yes, that's why they're called "lean rails", not "sit rails" "Please don't sit on the lean rails"-my apologies, I don't remember the exact words, but does anyone remember who said that?
To the OP, I hope you don't think I was referring to you. It's just that I can't hear mention of those leaning rails without this memory.

Just wanting to add that there are a few benches in Canada Far and Wide at the very back.

The China show also has a few benches on one side as well.

All the inside ones have been named but you can sit on the grass for the outside show that was Encanto last time I was there. There are a few tables scattered around. There are some benches at the one in UK and of course seats at the outside American Pavilion. They don't have anything going right now as far as I know, but there are benches at the outside Canada show.

Don’t overlook the value of Spaceship Earth and Living with the Land as long slow rides to get some rest. Also the gardens in the UK, gardens in Japan, seating back in Morocco, Gran Fiesta Tour when it reopens, drink and small plates at Spice Road Table, the show with seating in Canada, the piazza in Italy are all excellent places for some pleasurable chill time.
