We snacked around the world in Epcot. Well at least we tried. We only made it halfway around before our bellies were full. LOL We stared our cullinary journy in Mexico and had our main course from the cantina. Nothing spectacular but I love the black refried beans so we had the sampler platter. The CM looked like I was trying to starve my kids.
Just enough food to get us started and keep our bellies from growling.
Next was Norway where we spent some time deciding what to get from the bakery. I couldn't interest my kids in the raisin pretzels so we went with the waffle with strawberry preserves. OMG this was good! It was made fresh so it was hot and we scarfed it down. I wanted to go back for more but other cullinary delights exist.
My kids aren't very adventurous so I couldn't tempt them with anything but fortune cookies in China. Whose kids are these?! I do have to say the fortune cookies were good. They were multi flavored vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. They came 4 to a package and were around $2.
On to Germany! Have to have a pretzel! Should have gotten two because I didn't want to share!
We were getting full so we had to continue another day. We had already had fish and chips in the UK. Found a spot to eat in the garden and had a little visit from Tigger when he was going off stage.
Another day we had an eclair and a fabulous I think it was called in France. Yum as usual! Tried to get Kaki Gori in Japan but they didn't take room cards and I was out of cash. Never made it back there and am disapointed. Also couldn't get a beavertail since they were closed the hours we were there.
We had a lot of fun snacking around the world and will do it again! But this time I'm not sharing some of the treats. LOL. I need to get my kids to be more adventurous eaters and try new things.
