Epcot restaurants with fireworks seating/viewing

Which WS restaurants other than Rose & Crown offer a viewing area for Illuminations? Do they offer a good viewing location?

None offer a viewing area like Rose and Crown
There are very few tables at La Hacienda de San Angel in Mexico with a great view, there are several with an okay view and there are many with no view. There is no where to stand and watch if you don't have a table with a great view.
Spice Road Table in Morocco has outdoor tables with a view, which is partially blocked by an island. There are other tables with the view further blocked by the roof.
Some say Chef de France has a partial view as well as Tokyo Dining in Japan with a few tables with a partial view.
None have anywhere to stand if you do not have one of those tables.

We did dinner at Spice Road Table and sat out on the patio right by the Lake. While we could see Illuminations from the table, it was not the best view at all. Wouldn't do it again. In my opinion the best views we've seen were closer to the front of World Showcase.

Aside from Rose and Crown I don't think I'd make any ADRs in hopes of finding a good view of Illuminations. As mentioned above, there may be a handful of tables where you can see some of it, but they aren't great viewing spots and no guarantees you'll get seated at one of those few tables.

Other than R&C there is no table service restaurant with more than a handful of tables with an excellent or good view of the show. You can request a table with a view when you check in, but many make the same request so there is no guarantee that you will get one of the highly coveted tables. If seeing IllumiNations is important, make a reservation early enough to finish dining and find a spot around the lagoon.

I got an 8:15 at Hacienda - wasn't even thinking about Illuminations, since it will be our second evening at Epcot, but I had been wondering if we'd be able to see. I wonder if they'd attempt to honor a request for a table with a good view.

Perhaps, but there's no guarantee. It will depend on how busy it is that evening, how many ahead of you have made the same request and are waiting and whether they are accepting requests or not. It has been posted a number of times that La Hacienda is a is less likely to allow requests compared to other restaurants. Also, by 8:15 many who have a table with a good view will remain until after IllumiNations.

Everybody makes that request. And as @purple figment said, anyone seated with a window table with a good view at 8:15 is staying seated. It is unlikely you will get a table with a view at that time.
