The only World Showcase restaraunt I've tried that I didn't like was San Angel Inn (cold, bland food, with very poor service--not just once, but three different times). The only ones we haven't tried are in China and in France.
We love Le Cellier (their steak with mushroom risotto is wonderful as is their tomato stack appetizer). Your little one would love their adorable chocolate moose.
We also like Rose & Crown (get an ADR around 7:30pm, ask for a patio table, and the waiter will usually time your desserts to coincide with Illuminations). Their soups are wonderful, so is the cheese plate. I like their steak almost as much as Le Cellier's. We've always received the most attentive, friendly service there. If your husband drinks he can get a flight of beer or ale there also.
Marrakesh is different and also has good food. Your little one will enjoy the belly dancer. Be sure to ask for a table close to the show.
We ate at Tempanyaki last month and enjoyed it. We were on the
DDP and sushi is not included in the dining plan, but I paid OOP for it and it was very good. There were two little kids at our table and they had fun watching the chef prepare our food. Food was very good, by the way. There was one man there (the kids GF) who looked very unsure at first, but then cleaned his plate by the end. Some of the chefs are very into it and some are not. Ask for a female chef. There was one at the next table that was VERY good. She had that whole table laughing.
Italy was OK, but tables are close and we had a very snobby, unattentive waiter.
If your daughter is into the Princesses Akershus has very good character interaction. I've had breakfast and dinner there and had a good time both times. Breakfast is just your regular breakfast foods. Dinner there is a little cold buffet, then you choose your entree, and then they bring out a dessert tray for everyone to share. They have one entree that is very much like our meatloaf and it was very good.
