EPCOT restaurant question

We are planning a trip to Disney on April 6. We fly in that day (me, DH, and 4 year old DS) -- we should land at MCO around 10 AM, and are staying at the contemporary. I figured that we'd get to the park around 2 or so. My question is whether it makes better sense to do a 4:00 Via Napoli meal (counts as lunch), or a 6:15 Coral Reef meal -- I know it'll be the Flower and Garden timeframe, so there will be the Outdoor Kitchen and other snacks. Just not sure what the best option is.

I thought I was set on everything, and now I'm stressing again

Via Napoli has much better food IMHO!

I agree that Via Napoli has better food. Plus if you are landing at 10 AM you will most likely be up very early. I think an early dinner than early to bed is a good idea for arrival day
