Epcot resorts bus pickup order

I am wanting to go from Epcot after Illuminations over to AK for EMH. I will exit out the IG and walk to one of the resorts. I am pretty sure they share a bus route, so my question is what is the order of pickup for those resorts? I want to get on at the last one versus the first one. Or would it be faster to be at the head of the pack exiting the front gate and catch the AK bus from there?

It seems like they split the old bus route that included all of the Epcot area resorts into two groups, each with their own buses: the BW, Swan, and Dolphin in one group and the YC, BC, and BCV in another. There may be seasonal variations depending on how busy these resorts are. During our most recent trips in January, March, and June of 2016 and January and March of this year, staying at the BW, the bus from the BW to AK stopped at the Swan and then at the Dolphin prior to heading off to the AK. I assume that the bus that serves the YC, BC, and BCV went directly to the AK. It's been a number of years since I've been on a bus from the BW for which the BW was not the first stop. Sometimes the bus makes the stops at the Swan and the Dolphin, sometimes not. From the IG, I would walk to the BC bus stop, since that's the shortest walk and I assume that would be the last stop on that bus route before heading to the park. Someone who stays at BC or BCV would be able to provide a more definitive report.

I agree go to BC, it would not be worth the extra walking to go to BW. The buses were not consistent at BW on our trip a few weeks ago, some went straight to the parks from the resort and others went to Swan & Dolphin. They definitely had some scheduling issues with the AK buses, one day from the time my son got to the stop until he arrived at AK took 1 hr 10 minutes.

Between the gate and the bus stop, Boardwalk is about 15 feet farther. I'd hardly consider that in the decision making process.
But the bus from the BW may stop at the Swan and Dolphin before heading to the AK. The bus at the BC will go direct, and the OP wanted to board at the last pickup stop. The BC stop will be more predictable in that regard.

Thanks for the info guys. My plans have changed around so now I won't be trying to park hop that night, but it is good to know that they have split those routes. Seems like I got stuck on that loop several years back and thought I would never get where I was going! I remember thinking that was lousy service for deluxes.

That was my thought as well!
