Epcot resorts and boat sequence

Anyway know the order that the boat goes between Beach/Boardwalk/Yacht/Swan?

Looking to do breakfast at a resort before a conference at Swan (don't want to do breakfast at Swan), and wondering which would be best/easiest to then get to Swan. Don't want to end up having to ride all the way to DHS/Epcot just to get back to Swan.

And does anyone know how early the boats start running between resorts?

The boats run from Epcot to DHS, stopping at BW, then YC/BC, S/D, then DHS. The reverse, from DHS is S/D, YC/BC, BW, Epcot.
It's actually very easy and quick to walk to the S/D from both YC/BC and BW.

I watched one morning and realized they never pass the beach in front of the BC.

It is very easy to walk. Much better than the boat. The walk from Dolphin to the Boardwalk was maybe 5 minutes. The boats are SLOW.

Also, while I was at a conference at the Dolphin, my husband LOVED his breakfast at Trattoria al Forno.

I'd take the boat from Boardwalk to Beach Club because it's a non-stop trip, and the walk is a long way around. But from the Swan? I'd just walk back and forth to either. I might take the boat to Beach Club if it was loading when I walked by, but I'd alwasy walk between the Boardwalk and the Swan.
