I have a 10 am TT fastpass. Do you think I'll be able to hit Frozen and soarin before? Park opens at 9am.

Your fast pass has an hour window, so You have until 11:00 to use it. You should be able to get Soarin with no problem. The line for Frozen Ever After might take you a while. You should have time to check out how long the wait is for Frozen.
