I have had really bad luck getting table service reservations at our Epcot days during Thanksgiving week. What are your favorite quick service restaurants that are open now? I went to Sunshine Seasons this summer, but the menu was SO limited. Thanks in advance.

I've had good luck in Mexico for quick service or I just get a Braut in Germany. I'm there Thanksgiving week as well but our EPCOT day is the 20th last day of Food & Wine. I know it will be insane but it's our first time being able to go to it. Have a nice vacation!

If a festival is on while you are there, just eat at the booths. If no festival, we love Spice Road Tables. It's not QS but is walk up and we love the food. Right now it is just small plates but if the table splits a few, there is plenty of food. I actually enjoy all the QS locations in WS, not a fan of Sunshine Seasons but only because there is so much better food in WS. I know the following are open: Fish and Chips in GB, new crepe place in France and the other QS in France, Japan, Germany, I think the pizza window is open in Italy, China, Mexico.

Totally agree with the the PP - if you can walk up to Spice road table its a great choice, one of the best meals we had on our last trip. Other favorites are Regal Eagle and Japan, my dd's love the Mexican table service as well.

People mostly associate the bakery in France with pastries and sweets, but if I remember correctly they also have some good sandwich and savory options. I also enjoy the quick service in Japan.

Seconding, Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in France. Their sandwiches are really good!

(Its chocolate chip cookie (which is more like chocolate with a bit of cookie) is also softer and therefore better than Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Norway's triple chocolate cookie, for the record. )

And, it my opinion, though I haven't tried anything else from their window, UK's chips beat the crap out of the French fries you'll normally get from Disney quick service.

went to Sunshine Seasons

By far one the last options IMO. Epcot has a literal ton of food options.

1) You could look at places at BW/BC/Swan/Dolphin for sitdowns if you really want that (even places like Sebastian's at CBR is easy to get to)
2) A variety of options for you that are good:
  • Boardwalk Bakery - Boardwalk
  • Primo Piatto - Riviera
  • La Cantina - Mexico
  • Regal Eagle - US (best BBQ on property now)
  • Sommerfest - Germany
  • Yorkshire Fish Cart - UK
All of these places will be great meals and for us Regal and Primo are MUST STOPS during the trip. Big benefit of Primo is you can mobile order and there is lots of places to take your food to eat if the weather is nice.

If a festival is on while you are there, just eat at the booths.

Festival switches out the week of Thanksgiving so M-TH there is no booths that week and the first weekend you can assume it will be much busier with locals/vloggers coming for the new booths.

Thanks for the idea on Primo at the Riviera. We've never been there and havent used the skyliner yet. I "think" we can get there that way from EPCOT....

WOW Primo Piatto looks absolutely amazing! Thanks so much for the tip!!

I agree if you will be there after thanksgiving, you can use the food booths. For QS, I eat at Les Halles multiple times a trip. I usually stay at BW and I will go there after being in another park in the morning for lunch.

UK for fish and chips is another favorite. Anything at Mexico is good. My wife is Hispanic so I’ll eat most anything there.

I’ve heard good things about the new BBQ place at the American pavilion but haven’t eaten there yet. Being from TX though it may not be up to my usual standards.

Go out the International Gateway take a short walk over to BW/BC/Swan/Dolphin Lots of places to eat or have a drink. We walked into Big River Grille a couple weeks ago with no wait and there were openings every night at places like Ale and Compass, Trattoria, Shula's, Blue Zoo etc. Another poster mentioned the BBQ at Regal Eagle, agree it's pretty good and the brats/pretzel/beer windows located on the portico at the entrance to the Biergarten is one of the best kept secrets in WDW, you can't see it unless you walk back there. ... shhhhhhhhh
