Heading there in 10 days. Are the food and wine festival kiosks open daily and until closing time?

If someone in our party wants henna, do we need to make reservations somewhere in Morocco?

I can answer the first question. The food stands typically open at 11 when all of World showcase opens and they remain open until the park's normal closing time

Not aware of anyone that does henna needing a reservation or taking one.

Didn't notice any sort of reservation system in place the other day for the henna artists, just looked like a first-come-first-served basis.

It is first come, first served. We always stop in for henna.

If the artist is busy when you come up, just talk to them. They will put your name down and tell you when to come back. Never more than a half hour in my experience, usually less. So you can at least walk around and look at stuff in the stores for a bit or whatever, then come back and get your tattoo.
