Epcot question

Epcot's reception website for the Wishes package says that the ceremony must be at 9 am. It also says that Breakfast/Brunch Receptions include the 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 10:00 a.m. wedding ceremonies. Does that mean we have to have a breakfast/brunch reception, or could we opt for a lunch one instead?

What they mean is that the lower Breakfast/Brunch food and beverage minimums apply to 8am, 9am, and 10am ceremonies. You can serve whatever kind of food you want at the reception—it doesn't have to be brunch food.
