Epcot question....do we have time?

we have a FP for mission space 9am-10am and Soarin 10-11am. Park opens at 9. If we are there at rope drop can we get thru TT (no FP) and to mission space by 10 and then to Soarin by 11?

The following pertains to "regular crowd level" dates:

In general, you will not need a FP for Mission:SPACE.
Arrive at Epcot gates at least 30 minutes early.
When the rope is dropped, head to Test Track and ride it. (Maybe twice.)
You could go Single-Rider Line for TT, if you wanted to go again.

If you keep your Mission:SPACE FP, you can use it.
And/or you can likely virtually "walk on" to Mission:SPACE if you want to do that
again before heading to Soarin'.

Anyway, just get to Soarin' before 11AM.
