We're on the QS DP and I need to pick two QS meals for Epcot. Problem is, my DS and DH are VERY picky eaters, so Tangierine Cafe is out. I'm thinking Sunshine Seasons for one, but I'd love recommendations for the 2nd. :thanks:

I did NOT like Electric Umbrella at all- one of the worst meals I've eaten in WDW. I would pick one of the countries, maybe Japan or Mexico? Liberty Inn is pretty drab too, but it has the basics for picky eaters.

You should check out the menus on allears.net. You didn't say what they were picky about. Everyone is different on that.

I've looked at allears, but it's hard to get a feel for how GOOD the food is. I trust ya'lls opinion! Pretty much, they like basic food. I can get them a ham and cheese at Boulangerie or a frankfurter at Sommerfest. Just looking for opinions in addition to rest. reviews.

We love the french bakery AND sunshine seasons. (Tangerine cafe is actually my favorite and I'm a pretty conservative eater, but the chicken is great!)

To bad you ruled out Tangierine Cafe; that place is as good as many ts restaurants.

I like Sunshine Seasons which is on your list. This place has something for everyone.

Some of my other favorites are:
Cantina de San Angel (Mexico)
Lotus Blossom (China)
Boulangerie Patisserie(pastries and other goodies) France

I'd be careful of them now though...they've developed a disturbing trend of serving the meat platters and wraps ice cold. That meat is rather unpleasant when it is cold in my opinion. When I go back there I am sticking to the veggie platter.

The American Adventure offers basic foodtypes and is pretty good. The countries are more geared towards that country. Sunshine Seasons is a good choice for variety and good food.

The fish and chips at UK are great! We also love the boulangerie in France, and found Sunshine Seasons to have a ton of variety...hands down our favorite and the best value is Morocco! My neice is extremely picky but loves the bread and hummus there!

Stick with Sunshine Seasons. It has the most variety and high-quality food. You can easily have two different meals there because the restaurant offers so many selections. It's especially wonderful on one of the dining plans because the bakery dessert has a slew of delectable desserts.

Electric Umbrella is fine but pretty basic. Besides Tangerine Cafe, I have never found a standout counter service option in the World Showcase.
