I made a PS there 2 weeks ago for our upcoming July trip. They said that they hold the CC# and charge a $10 cancellation or no-show fee, but they do not charge the deposit.
I haven't seen a deposit charge to the account yet.
Yes, for over a year now they have required a CC on file for a no-show charge of $10 A and $5 C. As long as you show up or cancel within 48 hours, you won't be charged. The same goes for Fantasmic package. Only CRT actually charges your CC.
Originally posted by Jasminesmommy really. I made a PS last july when the time was 60 days out and they never asked for a CC. So it hasn't been a year.
It has been a year this past April that they required a CC at PSB.
From Scott's website:
Just recently (April 20, 2003), WDW Dining is now requiring a credit card hold for this PS. If you don't cancel within 48 hours or just don't show up, you will be charged $10 per person. Prices are $19.99 for adults and $9.99 for children (ages 3-11), gratuity not included.
We had the last seating one day in April and were late because the transportation was very slow that morning. The CM wouldn't seat us because we were too late (about 15 minutes) but was very nice and allowed us to come back the next day--and did not charge us as a no show! We were very appreciative since my daughter really wanted to see Jasmine.
