Hello!! I am hoping for some expert advice on my EPCOT park plan. Our first trip was 2 days magic kingdom and 1 day animal kingdom (it was a bit rushed). This trip will be 6 days in early March 2020. Though I love planning and maximizing our FP selections I am hoping for a somewhat more relaxed trip. Kids will be 2, 5, 7. My original plan was to FP frozen, rope drop test track, followed by soarin. Does anyone have a better suggestion? Perhaps something without crossing to the other side of the park? I also read that to go on soarin I would have to go to NEMO to park the stroller first. Epcot seems tougher to me to plan than the other parks. TIA for any advice!!

Unless the stroller park is new due to construction in June strollers were still parked outside the land pavilion, although there isn't a ton of space.

FEA is a tough FP to get so I would go with that one and in our experience even the FP line moves sort of slow.

You could try what we did. Booked a PPO breakfast at Akershus so we were in line by the time park opened, FP test track and pick up Soarin as a 4th, this worked for us. Don’t think you could get 4th for TT or FEA

You're plan sounds great! We have done TT at rd then went right over to soarin. No problem whatsoever. Stroller parking really isn't that far away. Sadly you have to cross the park for these things. We always do the most walking on our epcot day.

Agree with @nurseberta- our littles loved the 8am PPO breakfast at Akershus, then we walked on to Frozen and had a five minute wait for Anna and Elsa. Food and character interaction were both great at Akershus. We had a fast pass for Test Track about 1, and a low wait time for Soarin' at 5. Soarin' isn't as popular as it used to be, and they added a theater, so wait times are better. Try to work an afternoon break back at your hotel in somewhere, Epcot is a huge, tiring park.

We did exactly that in August and it worked well. FP for Frozen in the afternoon, we rope dropped Test Track and then got to Soarin with still a minimal wait. Was able to knock out most of Future World before going to WS for lunch and Frozen. When we got to the land pavilion they actually had a cast member taking to strollers to park them for you - in between the Land and Sea pavilions.
