Gotcha. That's what I figured - I didn't know if you were referring to a particular photo posted. I'm guessing less than half of the folks who post here are enthusiast photographers or pros, so I would tend to expect lots of photography errors in these threads. As long as it isn't asking for professional photos only, snapshots are bound to be thrown in - heads in the frame, crooked horizons, blown highlights, and all!

There is a photography board for specialists. We lesser mortals do love seeing beautifully composed photos but I think most people here are just happy snappers and enjoy sharing their ordinary family snaps. That's not intended as a criticism, wdwnut4life, and I apologise if it sounds like one. I just wanted to point out that most of us like taking and sharing photos even though we know they're less than technically perfect.

Wonderfully said! I like posting and looking at other's pics, but I don't have the time or energy to use photoshop or topaz or other technological wizardry on all my photos.

Thanks so much, and it was purely accidental, i was about to click this pic of a very cute Minnie when I saw the mono coming and thought it would look good in the background. btw I am not some sort of photo junkie its just a pocket canon and I click away at what interests me 1 in a million I get lucky I can't even spell photoshop (oh wait i did it)
