EPCOT picture...have you done it?

Hi,

Last year me and DH did that EPCOT photo thing - Leave a legacy and we are greatly looking forward to seeing it this year as we haven't seen it yet.

Have any of you done this also?

Is there anything else like this that we can do this year?

not at epcot, but we did do the tile thing at eurodisney ages ago and took us forever to find our on out next trip lol

Yep we did ours quite a few years ago and always look for it on our trips!
We took a pic of it last time. It's nice to know a little bit of us is in Epcot

We did ours a few years ago so we thought we would look for it last christmas but we could not find it. It is a work of art trying to find it when you have the numbers but we forgot to take them so we had little chance.

Hubby and I did this December 2004 to mark our wedding in Disney. It probably confuses the hell of the americans because we put 15/12/2004 whereas they would do it 12/15/2004.

Its definately worth doing in my opinion.

Tashasmum - we had to take our co-ordinates with us otherwise we would never have found it.

We had ours done a couple of years ago and it's still there although last trip we couldn't find it. Just to the right of the columns (facing into the park) there is a nice man and lady who will search in their computer and tell you exactly where to find your tile.

You can ask for your co-ordinates at the desk here you enquire about Leave a Legacy, they don't like it but will give it to you

We wanted to get a Leave a Legacy Tile but they are only for 2 people So we didn't.

If they ever do the brick again I would be first in the queue for one of those. My friends have one on the walk way up to the TTC

We did Leave a Legacy a few years ago as there was a special offer available. Somehow, we are always able to find it straight away.

Every time we have been to WDW, Epcot is ALWAYS our first and last park and upon entry we go immediately to our tile.

My mum and I did it in 2005 and she forgot to bring the reference with her in 2006 so I still haven't seen it up. I will get to see it this year.

DH and I did it in 2000 and had no problems finding it again. We are taking DD for the first time in September so will probably do another one to include her if they are still doing them.

We were going to last year, but were on a very tight budget and the holiday was very last minute. This year is not the same, and we're determined to leave a message/picture in memory of our Grandad (who made it possible for us to go!)

My mom, My Daughter and I had one done of us, however after my photo with my daughter, my daughter would not take one with Grammy and so its my mom and I and my daughter and I. We took the Grammy and Granddaughter photo a million times before I said forget it she doesn't want to, I'll take it with you. Kids! Mom just said she received hers so I cant wait to see when ours arrive! What a grand thing and its 20 bucks each tile, I believe, thats so affordable!. Now I want a brick too. That would be something else!

I did a tile in December, I thought it was such good value for something that you will be able to see on future trips. The CM who did it didn't seem to understand what he was doing though so hope it all went ok (I still haven't had my certificate so I'm hoping they were just really busy over Xmas and haven't had a chance to send them all out!!)

We bought ours on Dec 29th and received them this week. You should get them soon or you should call.

I can't wait to do this with bf this year I regretted not doing it in 2005 with my mum and/or sister, just didn't think to for some reason.

We had a voucher for Leave a Legacy Tile when we went in 2004. As it can only take two people, we just had DS taken and have found it both years since.

In 2005 we had taken the certificate with us, altho' we had already seen a photo as some friends went before us and took the picture for us. In 2006 we forgot to take anything, but the CM very kindly entered the details onto the computer and gave us the co-ordinates and we found it no problem.

It is quite interesting to see how DS has changed in that time.

He is right in the middle of the picture - 3rd row down and 4th in from the left. As you can see from my avatar he had changed quite a bit!
