Epcot parking question

I'm not sure if this is the best place for this post, or the restaurant thread....

We are traveling to Disney in December. We have an 8:00 am ADR at Kona Cafe on our Epcot day. Epcot opens at 9:00. I am not concerned with making rope drop. We will have a car. And a 21-month-old.

What would be the best option for parking? Should we-

A) get to Epcot really early, park there, and then take the monorail back to Kona, then back to Epcot (worried this will mean a super early morning - and would we be able to park there that early?).

B) park at TTC for the breakfast, then just take the monorail to Epcot and back at the end of the day (worried this will make for a long day).

C) park at TTC for breakfast, then move the car to Epcot (hassle of moving the car, but then we wouldn't have to backtrack at the end of the day).

Any suggestions?

Why not just park at the Poly and then move your car to Epcot? It will likely save you time trying to get back to your car from Poly. Unless I'm missing something I thought guests could still park at the Poly.

This. Although, I'd probably choose B because we like riding the monorail.

I thought I had read somewhere that the monorail resorts did not allow parking for meal reservations. But maybe this wasn't accurate?

I vaguely recall there being some parking restrictions for restaurants during construction in the past but those were temporary. We were able to park at the Contemporary for our California Grill reservation in June without any problem at all.

C: when we drive to WDW, we use our car to go everywhere, all steps of the way... unless we're taking boats and monorails for the fun of it, which we've done :)

Park at Poly for breakfast, drive to Epcot after breakfast.

If you really want to, pay for valet parking at Poly, leave the car there all day as you are allowed to do when you pay for valet, and do whatever you want to do to get to/from Epcot.
