We just arrived here on Tuesday and spent our first day in the parks, Epcot, yesterday. I could not believe how long the ride waits were. Two of us had fp's for Soarin and my son and I were going to go on Living with the land. Living with the land had a 30 minute wait all morning until after 1pm when we left to go on test track. Test track had a 140 minute wait when we went to use our other 2 fp's. The fp line for test track was 30 minutes. It was super long and the CM said in the afternoon, 30 minutes is common for the fp line. Mission space, had 90 minute wait most of the day. Figment showed a 45 minute wait and the Nemo ride which we always walked on was over 30 minutes when we were going to go to it. Epcot needs more rides because these waits are ridiculous for a "slow" Wednesday at the end of August.

Epcot, at least in all of our experiences there, is the park where the lines can be the most unpredictable. A long wait for FP+ in TT certainly doesn't seem right. Even after shut downs, we haven't waited quite that long in FP+ line. But as for the rest of the rides, yeah, I've seen them all spike at times. Sometimes they're walk ons, sometimes they have 30-40 minute waits. And that may change in the course of a few hours.

To me it's really no big deal. If Land has a 30 minute wait, we just go do something else because we know it's going to drop down to nothing fairly soon...or we just grab a FP+ for it, as they're easily available.
