Epcot or AK on a Saturday?

I'm a 30+year Disney vet (first first 1972)so I can't believe I need to ask this BUT - I always try to avoid being at the parks on weekends. Those nasty airlines, however, have necessitated a Tuesday - Sunday trip! Darn them knowing, and planning for, school vacations!
We arrive the day after President's Day - busy week, but we prefer it to Easter.
So, assuming the parks will be busy Saturday, would Epcot or AK be better that day followed by Boardwalk at night? We are meeting friends so we are limited and I couldn't imagine MK on a weekend and we aren't huge MK people anyway.

Also - how is the Boardwalk area on a Sturday night? Better than DTD?

Epcot always seems to have small crowds on sat. Ak always seems opposite, very busy on sat..

Boardwalk is always great, especially at night. I like it more that DTD because it is quieter. Also, since Epcot is adjacent to Boardwalk, I recommend Epcot. You can just walk over.

I'd just like to mention that the last time I was there, there was a school trip to Epcot doing the Kidcot things. It wasn't really a problem and I don't know if Florida schools are open that week, but it might be something to consider.

I agree with Epcot too. The park is so big that crowds aren't really a problem except at the big thrill rides.

The way our trip worked out, we are doing Epcot on 2 Saturdays in a row! I scheduled in MVMCP, a steam train tour for my DH and DS, a day at Kennedy for my little space nut, plus tons of other stuff. By the time I looked at the whole schedule the 2 Saturdays were the best places to put our 2 Epcot days. I'm not too worried since it's such a big park.
