Epcot or AK better for a birthday girl?

We will be at WDW for my DD's 7th birthday on Sunday Dec. 4. They will be taping the Christmas show at the MK so we want to stay away from there that day. Between Epcot and Animal Kingdom which would be the better "birthday park"? Any suggestions on must do things that would be extra special for a birthday girl?

I personally think AK, especially for a 7 year old.

AK would be better if she likes dino's and animals. Epcot is more of an adult park then any of the others. The other one I would recommend is MGM but MK is one of the best for anyone that age I think.

We will be going to all the parks at some time during our 5 days at WDW. I was just wondering if either of the parks would have more opportunites for special attention to a birthday child. I know to pick up a special birthday button on the way in the park.

We won't be staying on property to we are avoiding MGM due to the EMH. I thought we should avoid MK due to the holiday show taping that day. That left Epcot and AK for our first day. We've been to WDW before and the kids enjoy both parks.
