Epcot operating hours - Test Track and FWF?

Even though I think it's part of Future World, I seem to remember Test Track opening at 11. Anyone know? We're planning on going next Tuesday . Also, it says on the website that the Food and Wine Festival starts at 9 am - how does that work since WS doesn't open until 11?

I do not know about the Food and Wine questions, but Test Track is open when the FW opens, it stays open until the WS closes at 9:00

I know in December it was open at 9.

Test Track always opens with Future World, unless it's down for repairs or it's raining.

Test Track also tends to stay open until park closing, along with Spaceship Earth and Mission: Space.
