Epcot open until 11

Why is Epcot staying open until 11:00 p.m. on March 6th?
Is it due to it being the first weekend of Flower and Garden Festival?

I’m not sure, but spring break crowds are going to start coming. My family and I will be there March 12-15 for a short trip. I was so glad to see the EPCOT hours extended.

Festival, spring break, weekends, vaccinated people doing a getaway... pick your poison. Hours are based on the number of park passes sold and there must be a lot.

Part of me gets that glimmer of hope it could be something opening up (Ratatouille, fireworks) but every time I’ve wondered that I’ve been burned so I doubt it.
