Epcot on Sunday after thanksgiving

With the EE coming back, I'm having to reschedule my itinery, and I want to know if Epcot would be very crowded on the first Sunday after thanksgiving.
We had planned on not going to the parks until the Monday, to avoid the thanksgiving crowds, but now, if it wouldn't be too busy, I'd like to do it on the Sunday instead of the Wednesday that I had planned

Sunday shouldn't be too bad in comparison to the rest of Thanksgiving. It's a holiday weekend there, but most people are actually heading home on the Sunday...at worst, the morning might be busy(-ish), but certainly by the afternoon, the crowds will start to drop off.

The nice thing about that time of year is the US starts all their sales on the Monday (it sort of the equivelent of our New Years sales) so hold off on the shopping until then

Thats really worth knowing about the sales. On my original itinery I had planned to go Shopping on the Sunday, then hit the parks on the Monday.
We won't be able to go shopping on the Monday because I've booked the Fantasmic dinner package, then Tuesday its discovery cove, so it'll have to be the Wednesday that I had planned for Epcot ( which will now be the Sunday )
I just hope that we won't be too tired for Epcot on that Sunday, as we're flying to Orlando on the Saturday, and we might be jet lagged.
I just wish we were going for 3 weeks Now wouldn't that be nice
