Epcot NYE - Where to dine?

Now that we have Free dining ADRs, F&W bookings, Thanksgiving week ADRs are semi-finalized focus shifts to 1st time going for NYE @ Epcot. Considering Biergarten (never been), La Hacienda (NYE Dinner), Chef des France (have enjoyed it in the past), or maybe a wildcard like the Fantasia buffet that was offered last year. Please share your NYE experiences/recommendations. Thanks in advance.

I'd skip the Fantasia buffet. It seemed more like a hotel quality buffet. If you have other options, skip it.

Biergarten was awesome for NYE! We timed it so that we had dinner when it turned midnight in Germany and they did the countdown, a show, etc. It was tons of fun!
