Epcot new years eve uber

We fly in on the 30th Dec and mini van rates are out to lunch
Rental from the 30th to the 9th is 2100 canadian
Rates from the 1st to the 9th are 1300
800 difference for 2 days..
The plan is to uber back to mco on the first and pick up a van
We're looking to uber to epcot on the 31 for new years
My question is what sort of hassle am I going to have trying to get an uber xl for 6 people at 1230 am and what may the surge pricing look like
We're staying off property.. The uber rate estimator says we're $ 25 to get to epcot
Trying to figure out how to get out of there on new years with out having to wait a hour or more for a ride

NYE is one of the single busiest days for Uber/Lyft. The parks will be mobbed and there will also just be general high usage by locals who are trying to get home from other non Disney activities (private parties, bars, nightclubs) at that exact same time. I would expect long waits and outrageous surges at 3x or 4x the normal rate. Even waiting an hour you will still likely be in some sort of surge pricing.

Rental car rates are outrageous
We fly in on the 30th dec and for a van on the 30th versus the first of Jan
Is a $900 difference lol
Trying to come up with a work around as that's insanity

DO NOT try to get a ride out of EPCOT. I would walk to Studios and arrange a pickup there. Midnight there is very low key and no where near the crowds there or trying to get uber there.

We left EPCOT and walked to DHS and got right on a bus with a seat. We would have barely made it out of EPCOT front gate in that time.
