Epcot - Must Do/See ?

The kids loved the passport books and trying to get all the countries stamped. They also made masks with symbols from each country.

Please tell me about the passport books. DS9 would probably enjoy this.

What attractions/rides would be the last on your list of things to do? Stuff you wouldn't miss if you didn't have time to do them.

I don't get the appeal of Test Track at all. I think it's boring.

I can also take or leave Innoventions and everything in The Land except for Soarin'.

Also, the boat ride in Mexico is pretty silly, but it is relaxing.

You have to go to Morrocco. It is sooo beautiful. Also if at all possible it is worth a meal at Le Cellier to have the cheddar cheese soup. It is unbelievable!
