Epcot mornings without FP possible?

Hello! We are heading to the parks later in June when crowd levels are expected to be high. We will be staying at BC and plan to park hop and visit Epcot frequently during our stay. I was able to secure a few PPO ADR's that I think may help with a few popular rides, but would love to get some input on my plan. Can I reasonably make the following plans work?

Day 1:
8:00 PPO ADR @ Garden Grill. Plan to walk over early from BC via IG.
Will ask for check when we sit down, enjoy our meal, but not at a super slow pace and then
- head directly to Soarin' (without FP)
- head to Test Track (without FP)
- spaceship earth (without FP?) (if we cannot make it, will do another day/time)

10:50 or 11:20 - Take Express Transportation over to AK
- use FP for AK rides


Day 3:
8:05 PPO ADR @ Akershus
- get on FEA immediately after breakfast (without FP)

Take boat or express transportation to HS
- use FP for HS rides

That's what I am planning on doing if we are able to go this fall...RD one park without fastpasses and then hop to another park for the second half of the day and use fastpasses there.

I will say that Akershus can be iffy as to whether you beat the RD crowd, especially if they are being slow and Epcot opens early.

I think Epcot is very doable without FP, especially if you have those PPO ADRs. The tiered system means that many guests are in the same boat for at least 2 of the 3 top attractions.
