Epcot Monorail at Closing?

Hey y’all I was wondering how bad the monorail was at closing? I was hoping to watch Harmonious from the port of entry at 9 and try to make it to magic kingdom before an 11pm close - how many monorails should I expect to wait?

Leave as soon as the finale starts and you'll be on one of the first few monorails.

Was just coming here to post this question. Wondering if I can get to the Contemporary after Harmonious (I do not want to leave early) for the 10:05 Electrical Water Pageant. Anyone have any recent experience with the line at closing?

I did it on Wednesday. I walked AS FAST AS I COULD from port of entry to the Monorail. I had to wait through one train but was close enough to the front of that line I was able to get a seat. I was scanned into security and on Main Street by 10:01. If you skipped the finale, I feel confident you would make it.

Alternative idea - watch Harmonious from near International Gateway (we were near Japan and the view was great), walk to Beach Club or Boardwalk, and take bus directly to MK. We did this a few years ago and were able to walk from MK to Bay Lake Tower in time (admittedly just barely) to see fireworks at 10pm from Top of the World.
