Just had to write this thread to share my sad nacho story......
Our usual habit upon arriving to WDW is to check in (Boardwalk or Beach Club Villas), dump our stuff with the bell captain til the room is ready and after a 2 1/2 hr air trip to Orlando, I am ready for my Cantina de San Angel Margarita and Cantina Nachos. Soo disappointed!!! They completely changed the Cantina Nachos. Smaller size, no refried beans, lousy store bag nachos. Horrible. To make matters worse, it's $8.99. The margarita was just horrid as well (also 8.99) -- watered down nothing. A lousy lunch for over $37 that was totally yuck.
However...being hopeful WDW hearts that we are...we set upon a mission. I am happy to report that the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs has a superior super nachos dish (same price and twice the amount w/refried beans plus more)! As for the sad watered down margaritas -- I never did find one to my liking in the World. However, when we moved over to Vero Beach, Captain Hiram's Sandbar had the absolute best frozen margarita ever and for 4.50.
Guess I just have to change our check in ritual!

I loved those nachos.
