EPCOT madhouse

In EPCOT now and oh my what a total madhouse!!! I know it gets busy on the weekends but this is crazy. I have been standing in line in China for a drink at The Joy of Tea for 15 minutes now and I have at least 20 guests ahead of me.Everyone beware

I was there on Monday of this week. The park was totally manageable. Our longest wait was 20 minutes for Soarin. We did test Track at open and had a fast pass for Frozen We also met Joy and Sadness and did not wait more than20 minutes for that either! All depends on the day that you go still!

We were in MK today and it was mobbed. Even the PeopleMover (which we enjoy) had a 25min wait. We had an hour wait for guest services to upgrade our tickets as well. I guess it's not unexpected being a Saturday with the park decorated.

MK was supposed to be crowded today. Epcot should be moderate, and it appears that way based on wait times. However, being a Saturday can really bring out the locals. I'm assuming the weather is nice. ???

Here as well, yeah the weather is nice, it is very crowded.
After illuminations in headed to MK because, of course, my daughter and her girlfriend want to be there until midnight. I'm just planning to find a place to sit and wait

I've been at MK all day...I'd say more than a little busy. The tour groups really don't help.

Totally agree! We have been here over a week and the crowds have been manageable but today was our last day before heading to Universal so we thought we would see a few of the live performances that we missed during the week. Crazy crowds but we still grabbed a last minute FP for Spaceship Earth and an early dinner at Spice Table. We saw two of the shows and are now enjoying the lounge at the BWI waiting g for the town car for the ride to Portofino Bay.Great trip over all.

I remember doing WDW over the holidays...Epcot on NYE was insane starting about 3pm. It was crazy!

Yeah we left Epcot around 1pm when we finished our FP and TT was 100min. It was crazy busy for CL5??? Thought we'd try the new Express Transportation and hop to MK since we are staying at CR so I thought at least we'd be closer to return to our room. Total mistake it was much much worse at MK, so crazy we waited 15min to get popcorn and water and then fought our way to the exit and escaped to the resort monorail for a quick ride back to our room!

We were at MK Sat and it was wildly crazy busy. We have been going for 17 years, and more than 30 trips and we have never seen any park that busy!

We need to upgrade our tickets next week, so when and where did you go? I guess we are actually having to wait until 12/21 to do it since we are doing Gold and that day is a blackout day. We were planning to do it after we get in the park at some point. We will be at AK that day and it is a Wednesday. thanks!

Stop by the Guest Relations booths outside the parks. AK on a Wednesday Gould be much quicker. I stopped by the Epcot one by the International gateway last Saturday and it was very quick. I believe the AK one is right in front of the park by the Oasis.

mK was packed today. We come every year at this time. Of course I avoid he parks on a Saturday usually but we had to do something for someone in our group today.

We left after the castle was lit and couldn't get out. The top of Main Street was one big crowd of people trying to leave and people coming in. We were smashed in and couldn't even take one step for twenty minutes. My little daughter started to have s panic attack and almost threw up and we pushed our way out. It was instane. No workers directing traffic. The photopass photographer for the light was knocked over. It was so unsafe. I tried to get the stores and couldn't.

Per touring plans it said Epcot ended up at a crowd level of 7 yesterday and magic kingdom was a 10

How was the new express shuttle? I'm excited to use it when we're there Christmas week. Was it crowded or did did you have to wait?

Funny! We were there last Sunday and it wasn't too bad at all? I thought it would be but it wasn't too crazy.
