Epcot lunch on MK day?

Thanks for the replies - you are all right it is too much time. I will look at the menus at the places mentioned.

Sometimes it's nice to take a break from the park but stay within the MK resort area. The restaurants that were mentioned are great options but still allow extra time to get the monorail and travel time once you get on (as well as going through security - I believe you would now do at the monorail stations)-you can also boat to the WL and have lunch at WCC. But as mentioned The Wave would be your easiest access as it's only a 10 minute walk (and you usually do not need an ADR.
