EPCOT - Japan outdoor stand???

Hi, last summer there was a little stand outside the edge of the Japan pavilion that sold tempura chicken and rice and things of that sort. I think it was opened because they were renovating the restaurants.

Is it still there? Please tell me its still there?? I loved that stand!

I was down in December and I'm not 100% sure but I don't think it was there any more since the restaurant was open. Sorry!
