Epcot January 2020 or 2021?

I haven't kept up with the changes and refurbishments at Epcot but we occasionally go there for a day or two when visiting Florida in the winter. We enjoy the Arts Festival, so assuming it continues, would there be an advantage to waiting until 2021? Are things in Future World in refurbishment mode right now?

1. Well, there will always be "newer things" to do the longer you wait.
Always has been the case.
2. Yes.
However, you will be missing out on another full year of visiting.
Do either year, or do both years.
