Epcot International Gateway: Can I exchange annual pass voucher there

Regarding of where you exchange the voucher, if you have purchased the voucher using the DVC discount, be SURE you have your DVC member card with you when you exchange! I have been asked for it every time I have exchanged a voucher (always at the International gate).
