EPCOT International Festival of the Arts

So we're arriving on the last day of the festival and hope to be at the hotel by 6pm.

Would it still be worth it to attend that last evening? Will food stands be shutting down or running out of food? Is there an evening ticket for Epcot if I didn't want to use my 5-day pass that day?

I'm 99% sure you would have to use one of your 5 days on your ticket. I unfortunately am unsure about your other questions.

You use a day of your ticket at soon as you enter a park. There are no partial day tickets.

Disney normally offers things until park close. I would anticipate the last day of the festival to be the same.

‘Worth it’ is a personal decision.

Looks like it would be about $40 to upgrade a 5-day ticket to a 6-day ticket. I personally wouldn’t even consider using one of my 5 days for that, but for $40 extra and still having 5 more days? Maybe. It also looks like that day has EEH at Epcot if you happen to be staying at a deluxe resort. I have no idea if food booths stay open during EEH or not, though. And it would be even more questionable on the last day of the festival. Maybe someone else here would know.

No, food booths do not stay open during EEH and, World Showcase from China - Morocco is closed during EEH so not even available to walk through.

If you aren't getting to your hotel until 6pm, I honestly would skip it completely. It might be 7-7:30 before you even walk through the gate, regular park hours are until 9. At best, that's 90 minutes to enjoy whatever remains of the festival and any food booths.
