HATW always starts the Friday after Thanksgiving and the Park will go to a 9:30 PM close.

yes parks will start decorating earlier than thanksgiving. With the first party on the 7th MK will immediately start "de-Halloweening" and upping the holiday cheer. Other parks usually start a little later I think as do the resorts. You should definitely start feeling the holiday by the week before thanks giving.
