Going for the first time to EPCOT during the Holiday Kitchens. Are these just booths set up in the different countries? I saw some yummies I want to try just need to know what I am looking for

And yes, they’re the same booths that are used for the festivals year round at Epcot, just with new names and different food. Download the Food & Wine app - not an official Disney app, but excellent. Right now it lists all the Food & Wine booths, but when the Festival of the Holidays opens it will update to show all the booths, what food is at which booth, how much it costs, etc. You can view a map and also click on the items you want to try so you don’t miss any of them.
