Hi all!

Last minute mother-daughter trip now set for Dec 1-3. I haven't been to WDW at this time of year in a while, and was wondering what to expect at these food booths:

Holiday Kitchens
Savor treasured seasonal recipes from around the globe at special kiosks throughout World Showcase.

Can you piece together a meal like at F&W/F&G, or is it more like sweets/snacks? :confused3

Here's disneyfoodblog's write up from 2016; I would expect something similar:

We were there last year the week before Christmas and didn't find them that interesting. We are big fans of F&G and F&W because the booths have small samples. The booths at Christmas are more like a full meal so it would be hard to do more than one or two.

I've been there at Christmastime (in Disney time, meaning November and December) and didn't really notice the food booths--it was not as big of a deal as F&W. We did enjoy the Christmas stories, though. I also love gingerbread and enjoyed the gingerbread specialty cupcake and the gingerbread marzipan cookie at DHS. There was also a yummy peppermint chocolate cupcake at MK.

Gingerbread cupcake and the peppermint cupcake are now on my list -- thanks!! :)
