Epcot Guest Services

DH and I need to go to guest services at Epcot to pick up our temp DDE card. Can we drive right up front so one of us can run in or will we have to take a tram or monorail? We are not doing any parks this trip just one night at Downtown Disney. Thanks in advance for your help.
