Epcot Grand Gathering International Dinner....

Has anyone attended this dinner recently? We are going in 3 weeks and were wondering if there is a "cash bar" available or not? We were thinking of arranging a "pre-dinner cocktail party" but wanted to find out if they have a bar available while you are eating dinner. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance......
