Epcot, Future World open past closing??

Hey guys -- we spent the day at Epcot yesterday and the park hours were FW 9-7 and WS 11-9. We left during the afternoon then went back to see Illuminations around 8pm. When we got there, we saw that the info sign was lit up with times for rides in FW, and since we loved TT we went over to see if it was still open -- and it was, with no line!! We got to ride twice and got an awesome pic. Anyway, I was just wondering why the ride was still open after park closing. Does this usually happen?

Actually the 7 pm closing time does not pertain to Soarin', TT, or MS which all close at 9. I'm not sure about Nemo.

Only some things continue to stay open past FW's 7pm closing time (usually every night). The living seas, test track, soarin, mission space, and I think spaceship earth. Since these are so popular, disney has kept them open until 9pm.

Yeah...Ive been going for years...and its been that way. We usually hit Spaceship Earth on the way out too. Sometimes its still open.
