WS is not, but, last I knew, Mexico is open. But you could also hit Spaceship Earth right at the entrance and then head towards Frozen. You could most likely ride both SSE and the Three Cabelleros before 10:00
Mexico usually doesn't open until 11. You'll need to stay in Future World if you want to ride something before then (besides Frozen of course). Try Nemo and Journey to kill some time.
I would think you could do SE, Nemo, LwtL, and Figment all before your 10-11 window is up. Certainly if you drop LwtL. You could also throw a character meet into the mix instead if you prefer.

three callebros doesnt open until 11. re spaceship earth, would either of these be an issue, 1. spaceship earth being so close to main entrance, that alot of ppl will go there first long lines etc? 2. its a 15 minute walk from spaceship earth to frozen.
Any additional advice?

Most people at rope drop are headed for Soarin’, Test Track or Frozen. Spaceship Earth isn’t bad. It’s about a 10 minutes walk to Frozen, but really, other than Test Track, the only thing that is truly on the way to Frozen. Nemo and Imagination would both be empty, but are in the opposite direction.
I personally would ride frozen closer to the end of your FP time. By then world showcase will be open or close to it when you are done. I would also do the rides the previous posters suggested on the way to Frozen. You should get a lot accomplished!
If you entered from World showcase, the international gateway, that would put you on the opposite side of the lagoon from frozen, and not closer to any attractions. Maybe a little closer to figment, but not enough to make a difference.
I would hit a few rides in Future World as others suggested. Meeting Elsa and Anna would also be an option in Norway. We did that and it helped make the trip into WS feel worth it since we headed back to Future World after that. My kids also *loved* the treats at Kringla if you wanted to stop for a snack. The troll horn was a big hit. I tried it too and it was better than expected - definitely not the sort of thawed frozen cream puff type thing it looks like.
