EPCOT Friendship boats

Are the Friendship boats in EPCOT still operating? And if so, is there a designated schedule?

Yes. I don't know the exact schedule, but they typically stop running within 1-2 hours before Illuminations I believe.

The only boat that runs is the boat on the Canada/United Kingdom/France/Morocco side of World Showcase. I believe the other side is only open on the busiest days of the year, but I can be wrong on this statement.

Yes,no set schedule,they just go back and forth between Canada and Morocco.

It was running last week. I didn't see it prior to 11a, but I wasn't paying a lot of attention. It stopped running around 7p ( Illuminations was at 9p )

It wouldn't be running prior to 11AM.
World Showcase attractions (in general) do not open until 11AM.
