Epcot Forever Dining Package Availability

I am trying to book the Epcot Forever Dining Package for dates in the first week of April 2020 and am unable to do so. I can't tell if there truly is no availability because they are booked and gone, or if they are just not yet available to book at all. Can anyone verify they've been gotten this reservation for April or give me an idea of when they might be available ? I'd really appreciate the help, thanks.
