I need advice. What do you do with three year olds in Epcot. I want to enjoy our day there but really don't know anything about it... Please any tips would be wonderful... Thanks

My two DDs 3 and 5- LOVED Epcot!! They called it Apricot and it was their favorite place at Disney. We spent all day there- and part of another day. They LOVED the Nemo ride and Turtle Talk with Crush- we had to do those 3 times. They really enjoyed the Character lunch at the Land and the ride through the greenhouses there as well. They also liked Spaceship Earth- we did it twice- and Soarin'. That was a two timer as well.
The World Pavilion was our absolute favorite though. So many out of the way places to explore and CMs to visit with. Each country has exhibits that go back pretty far so we took the time to check each one out. They loved the Norway ride. They had to go back a second time to say goodbye to the trolls.
I say just take your time and explore the countries- there is so much for an active toddler to absorb.
Have fun!

The Mexico ride was a huge, huge hit with my 22mo DS. And the Garden Grill has some of the best character interaction at a character meal (lunch is no longer offered after early October, but dinner is still around)!!

We went last October when DD was 3 years old. She LOVED Epcot! She loved the Innovations buildings in Future World, playing around in those and exploring.

She liked going from country to country and getting her stamp on her mask, and also doing the KidCot stations. to put on her necklace.

She LOVED LOVED LOVED The Land boat ride as well as Maelstrom, and also the Donald Duck themed one in Mexico, I think it was.

We liked looking at the aquarium stuff and riding the Nemo ride in Living With The Seas.

And we did the Garden Grille character lunch and that was great too.

Your 3 year old will love Epcot!

My 3 DGS LOVED Epcot, Nemo, The Journey thru Imagination (Figment), Honey I shrank the audience, Fireworks, Starship Earth, Countries he could do without, but we just walk thru, he loved the drum show in Japan along with the Storyteller there. I love Epcot- my favorite park.

There are a good amount of characters too around World Showcase too, The 3 Caballeros in Mexico, Snow White in Germany, Aladdin and Jasmine in Morocco, Mary Poppins, Alice, and Pooh in England, and I have also heard of Mulan being around and Brother Bears too. My son loved the trains in Germany too, he watched those for 20 minutes and lots of performers too. He really liked The Seas with Nemo, Journey into Imagination, and the Land ride. We also liked watching the Jammitors too!

As others have said..Nemo ride..Living Seas is a bit hit at that age with the aquarium. Although it might not be as exiciting for adults..there is a really neat squirting water fountain near "Honey I shrunk the Kids" show...

I remember the first time my DD saw the big Ball in Epcot. She was probably 18 months/2 years..and she just had her mouth open..pointing. It was really funny.

We love walking around the Countries as well...Lots of characters and little shops to go in...always a lot to see.

Recently she wasn't too thrilled with Maelstrom... Wanted to make sure we weren't going back to "No where" as she called it. Hopefully she'll change her mind when we do the princess breakfast this trip.
