Epcot Food & Wine Festival

We'll be at Epcot on November 14 (the last day of the festival) and I'm wondering if we can make a lunch out food from the booths. We've never been so I don't know how substantial the morsels might be.

Also, exactly what goes on in the Odyssey during the festival?

You can definitely make a lunch out of visiting the booths.... the portions are a little larger than sample size, but that allows you to "sample" lots of food and have a very filling meal.
