Epcot Food and Wine Festival

Hello everyone,

Has anyone been to Epcot's Food and Wine Festival? We're going to be going back to WDW for the first week in Nov and would love to hear any tips of things we shouldn't miss or info on the festival.

We've also seen that there are some Eat to the Beat concerts whilst we're there. Billy Ocean's playing on our dates and so it might be fun to zip over and have a listen to him. Do you know if this is a free concert that you can stroll over to or is it a ticketed event?

Any other info would be gratefully received!

The concert is free, if you want to sit you will need to get there at least 1 hour and before and wait in line, but you can stand at the back outside of the theater with out having to wait.

All the food samples have been under $5 each, it took a few days to try everything we wanted!!!!

Yay Kool and the Gang are on when we're there I soo have to go.. The bf will love me for that, or not! Shame Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and Starship aren't playing again this year though.

Running in the heat might be tough, but how often can we run in a WDW park??

Thanks for this info. We're really looking forward to our trip in November - it sounds like it's going to be the perfect week for us, wandering around the World Showcase munching on morsels from around the world. We will no doubt come back a few pounds heavier but happier too! Can't resist a bit of feelgood eighties music like Billy Ocean. Not my normal sort of music but more of a guilty pleasure!
