EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, Sept. 25 - Nov 16 2015

Somebody with all ears has discovered that at bottom of the receipt she got from New Zealand booth it references Late Nights Live and to call to reserve... Not sure if mistake or not on the receipt

Yes, but they have added a few things to the lounge per reports.

Thanks I read the first few pages and said that sometimes they still give bands for viewing of illuminations. Do you know if it just during the weekends ?

We are going Saturday night, SUPER EXCITED. This may be a weird question, but how many of the offerings could I eat at a time, like how many make up a meal? We are only there that one day, and are really only planning to eat early around lunch time from the booths so I want to make sure I make my choices :)

I am not sure, in the past they have given out bands for concerts and mixology seminars. It's very limited and random.

It's only a weird question in that no one else knows how much you can eat at a meal.
Some people are going to be full with just 2-3 plates. Those are people that eat small meals
Some are going to be full with 15. Those are people that eat large meals.
Have you ever eating Tapas style? If so that may help you determine how many you can eat.

They are like tapas size. My mom and I share each one so each gets half and that way we can enjoy more as a meal.

Will not make a spreadsheet, WILL not make a spreadsheet, will NOT make a spreadsheet. Aw, heck, I'm gonna make a spreadsheet. Now I just have to decide what kind. Do I want to make one with everything from every booth with prices and a check box so I can check what I want then do a formula to add the checked ones or do I want to go old school and just list what I think I want with prices and add those up. Decisions, decisions. Seriously, is there some sort of bookkeepers support group I can go to?

DD & I are making our 2nd trip to F & W next week. The first time we went we only did food booths & had a great time. Now that we are only days away we are considering possibly doing a beverage seminar or special meal if any tickets are available. What can we expect from the beverage seminars ($15 ones)?

For those folks with the Premium Package hitting F&W during the next few weeks, let us know where the eleven designated Premium Package Areas are located. And if you can give a quick estimate on how many sit-down vs standing tables, that would be a nice bonus. Might be easier to grab an extra map at the park and mark where they are. Thanks.

In addition to what AngiTN said, it also depends on what you order. Some things are much larger and heartier portions than others. A tiny cup of cheese soup isn't going to compare to a waffle smothered in beef stew (or whatever it is at the Belgium booth).

I am salivating just reading some of those menu items. Yum. So excited but sad that although the festival is starting tomorrow, we won't be there for 50 more days. I will have plenty of time to peruse the menus & make a plan of attack.

Since we have never been before, not sure but will they have a picture of the food or a sample on display? (DS is a visual eater LOL)

I have no doubt in my mind that at 9am Monday morning someone on here will post photos of the credential card showing the designated areas as well as the goodie bag with the coveted MagicBand.

Usually if you just hang around the booth for a couple minutes you will see folks coming away with every food item they sell and you can kinda lurk for a minute to see what they all look like! In addition, Disney food blog and easy wdw will post pictures as the festival goes along (as well as folks here). Even if Disney posted photos I wouldn't trust my order to come out looking anything like the styled press photos you see on the official food and wine festival page... They are basically food glamour shots and what you get at the festival is more... Uh... "Candid". It still usually tastes great though!

We went yesterday and had a great time.... Take your time and if you need to go around twice do it..we did..lol
